EVOKE 90's offer exchanges (only) on products purchased within a period of no more than 5 days from the delivery date. (Excluding genuine vintage and discounted items.
Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for an exchange, and state whether you wish to exchange for another item or voucher instead. (Note: Items must be returned in its original packaging and should be in their original condition and not worn)
Once we have acknowledged your request, we will send you with further instructions. Proof of receipt must be emailed to us to show item is posted out, this must be done within 5 days of an exchange request. Once item has been checked, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If exchange request is successful, we will post out your order in 1-3 days.
You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us. We will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non-registered mail, so we do recommend that you send it back to us with a tracking number. When posting the item back to us, it is your responsibility to ensure packaging is secure to prevent damage to the item. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to email us.
Note for SF Express shipping:
If customer wishes to have order delivered to SF EXPRESS Centre / SF EXPRESS Locker, provide the full address at checkout in the Shipping address line.
Note for Taiwan express shipping:
If customer has selected SF Express, please provide ID number
In accordance with Taiwan Customs regulation, customer residing in Taiwan and made oversea orders will need to provide ID number to shipping courier for parcel delivery and customs clearance.
ID number will only be provided to EVOKE 90's to ship the order and shipping courier to go through customs clearance.
The consignee shall download the “EZ WAY” real-name authentication APP (Android download/ iOS download) on mobile phone and perform the online authentication registration. Personal shipment without real-name authentication and confirmation of the corresponding consignee would not be accepted for import customs clearance.
